Fixing overscan in games in HDTV

alright its happened in a couple games now, doom 3 and World of Warcraft. I can get the desktop to display perfectly (I use underscan mode and then adjust it to fill the whole screen) but games still seem to want to spill over the edges of my screen, or they won't use the whole screen. how can I get the settings thingybob to get the games to fill the screen well without spilling over?
the setup is a Leadtek 6600GT using the factory Nvidia adjustment thing, with a 52" Samsung DLP from last year.

To fix overscan you need to get into the service menu. Messing with the horizontal + vertical can easily fuck up the TV, so my suggestion is to pay a calibrator to do it. The calibrator guy will also make everything look better once all colors are balanced by doing greyscale calibrations.
