Looking into possibly buying a 944

What major issues should I be looking for, besides the timing belt and the water pump. Also, I was talking to one of my co-workers (who used to work at porsche as a tech, then SA) to watch out for a leaky counter-balance for a 951? What at the differences of the 951 and 944S, besides turbo vs n/a, minor cosmetic stuff. Also, what would need to be replaced after 100,000km?
