Okie got a couple of factory heatsinks up for sale here, brand new never used.
AMD Athlon 64 X2 heatsink/fan. The X2 uses identical fan and heatsink as did the normal Athlon 64 - $20
Intel Pentium 4 socket 478 heatsink/fan - $20
