Might not be much of a spotting, but it's the 1st one i've seen. Took it off my rearview mirror :P It was an R/T too.

I saw my first one about 2 weeks ago, in a deep red metallic color. It looked awesome, way better than the magnum. There's some potential in those cars, that's for sure.

All it is is Chrysler exstorting a name. Does not capture the spirit of the Charger at all!!

I guess the omni based front driver or the cordoba based charger captured its spirit better.

:dunno:

Knock Knock?

Who's there?

Not chrysler, they don't give a shit what armchair purists think of the name. The early chargers will always be the early chargers..

a family car already tested to low 14 second qms is pretty cool as far as I care.

i saw one on the streets, wasn't overly impressed, i'd much rather have a magnum or 300c, they look waaaaaay better IMO

Agree, especially if that 300c is an SRT8 *drool*

Ive seen some, sat in one today. Its a nice car, but two too many doors. The SRT-8 300c was in the showroom today. :bigpimp:   . But 59,995 is what they want for it

I saw an SRT-8 300C yesterday... and wow, they even look way better then the regular 300C. And it was bombin through Crowfoot Crossing, it was very quick.

but I don't see what the point of offering the Charger, 300C, and Magnum is. they all have the same motors, the 300C and Magnum are roughly the same size, the Charger is bigger then the other two but costs less, they are all only available in four doors, with almost all the exact same options. WTF. they should build the Firepower instead.

I thought the Charger was one class lower than the 300 and Magnum. I think they look smaller.

They are smaller inside, but they are bigger on the outside. the rear end is huuuge, it goes out a long way from the rear wheels.

Sorry b_t, you are right.

Charger Overall Length - 5082mm (200.1in)

300 Overall Length - 4999mm (196.8in)

Both have the same wheelbase of - 3048mm (120in)

Kinda weird that they have the same wheelbase though.

charger is being marketed more directly to fleet applications. Police, companies, etc. It is a bit cheaper and low market to the 300 as you stated too... Magnum is niche wagon I guess.

As for the SRT series. COmplete ass kickers. Check this one out.

ive seen one around here with a spoiler and this AM hood. Loooked soooooo sexxy. And the whole reason they got the 4 doors is that everyone who lived during the chargers reign are old and prolly have families now. Maybe attracting the families with its practicalness :D:bigpimp:

ding ding ding!!
These cars are shameless stabs at the nostalgic dollar

I'm still waiting for Ford to use their "Model T" trademark on a new SUV
