So i take in alot of the info you guys all put on this site. im just getting into the import scene and am still learning. you guys seem to know every little thing about your cars so you must tell me. i have an '89 coupe. anyways, i just recently purchased rims. with very little knowledge of rim sizing haha. So i bought rims that are 18"x7.5" with a +44 Offset. they bolt up they have the right pattern and what not, but is this offset going to be a problem for my car? will i have clearance issues with my turning radius? any info on this would be helpful thanks guys.

do you know what the ideal offset is for your car?

Use this calculator:
http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html

It'll tell you how the different wheel size and offset will affect the placement of the wheel in the wheel well.

thats a high offset and pretty skinny wheel, id think about getting a spacer to help with the offset and you might have rubbing lower the offset the cooler:D

The width is fine, 7.5" is far from a skinny wheel. The things I'd be concerned about is the offset and the wheel size. Typically a 17" is as big as you want to go on an s13, you can go bigger, but it's not that practical, plus you can run into rubbing problems when turning etc. The best thing you can do is go test it if you already have them on the car. If it rubs like mad, try a 3-5mm spacer. The rear should be fine, but I'm guessing that you may not have a full turning radius.
