180 is stock, Ive heard that anything under 165-170 stay away from on a Type R but I dunno, could be wrong:dunno:

Every engine is different and therefore every compression tool is different. The actual number is not that important (under 160 would freak me out though). I have heard of new engines putting out up to 255 on all 4 cylinders. Anyways, the most important thing is that the numbers are close together.

It's true, the numbers are really not that important. If all the cylinders had really low compression you would know. I have see some numbers that are in the 200's and some that are like 170-180. they said, even numbers are good, low in one cylinder is definately bad.
