Tire Help

Ok, i just recently realized that my pocket bike's tire is leaking air all around the tire where the tire meets the rim. Im guessing that there is some type of sealent stuff i can put along the outer rim that should fix the problem but am not sure. I called Canadian Tire and they say they cant fix it cuz the tire is too small for their machine, so if anybody knows who can fix it or how i would fix it myself please let me know
