what happens when your sideswipped

This is what happens when you get sideswipped off the road into a really big tree.... lets just say it's a good thing I wasn't speeding that day! Sad thing is I lost my dream car on Dec 24, what a way to go for Christmas.... and my insurance won't cover it because I didn't have collision and the other person kept motoring... and no witnesses either which blows!

I don't understand, I don't see anything that appears to be marks from a sideswipe.. were you hit on the right side before leaving the road?

I don't remember much of anything from the accident, not even the impact... I honestly don' tknow if there was contact between us but what i do remember is hitting the brakes... the rest is in the pictures... I was 5 blocks from my house going home to park it until may!


And ya, I'm still here so that's good. I'll come down to calgary in the new rust bucket sometime during the spring!

She was MINT! Minus a couple of rock chips on the hood.... not a scratch on her or in her.... t-tops didn't leak nor did any other part on the car... you know perfect (at least to me)

Ya.....Shit happens (big understatement) but I'm alive and that's what counts.... like my parents keep saying "itwas just a car" and that drives me nuts, but it's true...

I've picked up another Z, but the bodys in a slightly rougher condition..... okay she's not mint, but runs well.... I'm hoping that the she'll stay in the same condition for the next few years untill I can have the body fixed.... this one wont see any bad weather, i'm hoping... if I can help it... :(
