ive been around to a couple stores, seems all i can find is a cheap slot thing to fill in the second slot (my stock deck was dual din), i was wondering if theres anything else thats nicer that u can pick up, the one i have doesnt have a flush fit, its the scorshe (sp?) din filler universal kit u can get from most stores (i got mine from futureshop), where else can i look to get something better?, thanks in advance...

I would go to toyota if it's for that car and get the factory pocket it's probably not that expensive. and it would look the best. or you could go to a junk yard and get one out of another yota.

or you know, soundsaround or someplace like that, say you had a double din deck in and your over to a single, guy handed me one that fit right there and then

find a piece of CF...(hard to do and expensive)

...or...

*zipping up flame suit*

Get a piece of plastic cut it to size and then apply Folia Tec CF Sticker to it...

soundsaround, futureshop, walmart, and....there was one other, all sell the cheap plastic din filler kit made by scorsche, its cheap, but does the job, im looking for smthn that doesnt look as cheap or is more useable, the slot wit the cheap one cant even hold anything, it flies out too easily, and it seems way smaller than it could be...

How about a DVD Player? That would definetly fill that space nicely, and look cool too.

Metra install kits for the most part look really good. Were any of the kits you saw Metra?
