Winter is around the corner and I'm starting to think about winter tires already. My current set of winters are pretty much done for so I'm looking for alternatives. I'm wondering if I should stick with full winters or go with a good all season. I'm looking more for a comfortable ride as opposed to performance. What are your opinions and suggestions.

All seasons will do alright and are great if you plan on keeping your tires on all year round.
but winter tires are our best bet, best traction and performance in the winter.
For me I put performance tires on my summer rims for the summer and winter tires on my winter rims for the winter. It works great.

if your looking for comfort then winter tires are the way to go, they are by far the softest and quitest tires you can buy,way more than summer and, or all season tires.
Also as aforementioned, the saftey factor out weighs most reasons not to throw them on.

Okay, then what brand of winters are out there that won't break the bank?
