We took about 10 hrs a few days ago. Drive with at least 1 other person, because traffic is KILLER in Seattle. With a passenger u can ride the car pool lane, pass like 1000 cars haha.

PS. Man Utd won easily :D

ya i was planning on going to seattle this summer but got angry when i realized i had to take a looping road that would take 11 hours.. the distance is comparable to calgary to edmonton isnt it?

fucking wack.. is there a faster way?.. lets make our own road :p

Ive done it in 9 hours stopping twice. Traffic sucks huge rhinocerous cock though. Try to get in there between 10am and 3pm or after 8 and before 5am

I go there all the time. Saw a Seahawks game 2 years ago... it was great.

The traffic into Seattle is terrible, I-5 has a tendancy to get jammed up all the time so be ready for it.

Follow the Trans-Canada to the Coquihalla Highway (BC Highway 5) take it, then once your on Hwy 3 near Abbotsford, take the exit to Sumas, WA. Once your across the border, take WA Highway 9, then follow it to WA Highway 542 to Bellingham, WA., which links with I-5 to Seattle. Don't go into Vancouver, it takes too long. This may seem confusing, but it eas once you know the route, and it will save you some time.

All in all, it should take you 11-12 hours.

11 Hours here. Traffic stops on the freeway, and slow people sit in the left lane. Its a mess. The carpool lane is goddamn sweet. You could always use Yohan4ws' idea and get a blowup doll for the carpool lanes...

11 hours here as well! just makesure you use the carpool lane! and play stupid because you have alberta plates! The Interstate 5 and 405 are just terrible around 5pm till about 7:30 pm. so as long as you can get in there later than earlier you'll fine.

Took 11 hours... I took highway 22 (longview highway) through the Crowsnest... Crossed at Kingsgate... went through Spokane and smoked along the I90...

Cruise was set at 80 mph down there... boring drive, but the I90 is straight and fast..
