FS: High End Compaq Laptop Cheap

I have a brand new Compaq Presario V2310. I bought it off my friend and never used it. College fees just came up so I cannot keep this. Located in SASK. I'm even willing to ship first provided that you are a well known member on beyond with a good trader rating.

$600.00 takes it.

specs:
AMD Turion 64 ML-28 1.6GHz, 512mb RAM, 80gb HDD, Wifi, 14 inch screen, etc. I don't know much more but its a high end laptop that costs about $1500 in Canada. Still has warranty on it like 10 months.

If I were out to scam people I wouldn't write in my description that I am willing to send it before payment now would I?

Also I would want a wire transfer when it is received, PayPal would lock my account if they saw that kind of money in there.

i am not saying your this type of guy, but couldnt you send a box with a pentium II 200mhz and give the buyer the tracking number without the buyer knowing whats inside.

Yes I could do that then the buyer would say "what the fuck is this?" and not pay me. What does this have to do with anything? I never said I would want payment after I send you a tracking number, I said when you receive it you pay up. Read the thread man. It has nothing to do with c.o.d, you are getting the laptop first so you can inspect it and whatever you want as long as you pay me after you get it.

Deadbeat seller.. still received nothing and no reply. He told me it was shipped on september 2nd, but shipping doesn't take this long from sask to edmonton. I've also been unable to get a reply from him since the 3rd.

Nope, I PM'd him on the 3rd asking if it was shipped out or not and if he has a tracking number for me, he just replied saying that it was shipped the day before. I PM'd him a couple of times after that but never received a reply.

He can at least let me know if he's not gonna ship it out.. at least then I won't have to walk all the way to my mailbox everyday just to see if it's there.

However, I'll note that I've had mail take up to THREE WEEKS between fucking Calgary and EDMONTON, so it's possible it's just the postal system. Possible.

I just picked up this exact laptop myself from compusmart for 1200 bucks, great little laptop, i am enjoying it greatly so far. On my first battery charger right now, not even 3 hours out of the box yet and i got it all customized to the way i like it :D

True, i'm just a bit pissed off, I mean he couldn't have gotten my hopes up any higher than he did. This was probably the only laptop I can afford and it was a killer deal.

I'm still gonna give the kid like 3 days to respond before leaving him a negative trader rating.. for some reason i still have the slightest bit of hope left...

Well that's great news, but why is it taking so long? If it was shipped on the 2nd I should have received it a long time ago.. I know that with Xpresspost it's like $10 to ship it and it's insured with tracking number and next day delivery from sask...

Whatever i'm still happy that its coming.. I just about gave up with you.
