View Full Version : Car lovers, I need some quick help

I have a art project coming up and I need some references. Basically, I need to convey the image of tackiness with a character, a character with money to spare. There are several ways to do this, but I know an ugly car as an accessory would go a long way to convey this.

Now, cars are not my forte, I have a vague idea of what I want, but car enthusiasts in this forum can obviously help out. As previously stated, the character is rich but tacky so it's not like I can go for a Ford Pinto, I need something more expensive, luxurious and perhaps exotic (a strange import). Off the top of my head, I know some vehicules that I find particular repulsive like the Fiat Multi: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/UScheel/multi_sw.jpg

So basically, try and beat in ugliness those examples. Images would be best. :)

Isn't it Fiat Multipla? (Might be different, in other countries, but all the Polish car magazines call it the Multipla) still hideous.

the fiat multipla actually won a bunch of awards, but yea, its pretty fugly

who put the alfa in here as an ugly car?! SINNER!

Looks like no one can beat my Fiat yet. :)

You know, there's a plan B in my project: use a fictitious car. I can either design one from scratch or better, use one well known to people. The Homer comes quickly to mind:
