I just need a dumbell workout regimen I can do at home
lots of exercises you can do:
squats
lunges
step-ups
bench press
flies
push press
shoulder press
lateral raises
front raises
bicep curl
hammer curl
tricep extension
2 hand tricep extension
one-arm bent over row
the only thing that I think is lacking is back exercises.
should i be doing like 2-3 sets with 10reps? with like a 60 sec break between each set?

Yes. Try to make it a 2 or 3 day split and you should be good.
ie. chest, legs, tris; back, bi, shoulders
or: chest tris, back bi, shoulders legs
