So I got the time right now to a twice a day, 2-day split workout so I figure why not. But I'm having trouble fitting it to a couple guidelines. Plus, I'm not sure how to pair the workouts together (ie. arms and shoulders, etc).
My restrictions are:
- Wednesdays and Thursdays are my rest days (which leaves me with Friday-Saturday and Monday-Tuesday)
- Can't do legs on a Tuesday (basketball game Wednesdays)
