No. You have to go to Edmonton for a dexxa scan that goes further than bone mineral density.

Edit. Even there, the machines are narrow, more for a woman, and they'll have to exclude one of your arms, and just extrapolate from the other side. Still good for getting an idea of body composition, visceral fat etc.

Best to track progress from one place with one operator as procedure can vary results.

Well, officially down 30lbs since peak fatty last year.

20 of that came since August-ish.

Are you doing IF, just exercising, or... ?

I'm down over 15 from the end of August, through mostly just exercise and drinking slightly less. Unfortunately for me, my focus on fitness never coincides with bathing suit season, so I've resigned myself to fatty summers :cry:

Thanks. I dont do IF...I mostly just view IF as calorie management. I do that using myfitnesspal religiously.

I've upped my activity level a lot, too
