yea, their pizza is known for being soggy. That is a common problem among new pizza makers, and could be due to many factors including excess water in veggies and cheese, letting the sauce sit on the dough too long, having the wrong thickness factor for the cooking time/temp, etc. etc. etc. what really turns me off, though, is that the staff tries to pass of the sogginess as being "the style" instead of correcting the real problems leading to a soggy crust. Neopolitan pizza ISN'T necessarily soggy.
