In original box with cable/charger. Comes with new tempered glass screen protector and used Spigen case.

It has reached its 24 months on my contract and I've upgraded to something else.
Has spent its life with a 3M protector on the back, tempered glass on the face, and covered in a Spigen case (included). In other words, it's been babied, not a single issue with the screen, buttons, or anything like that. Only minor cosmetic issues are superficial marks around the charging port on the phone from plugin/removal of the cable.
