My first time using Zymol Vintage Wax, Porsche 993 Detail
While I've never been brave enough to drop the now $5k required to get my mitts on a cube of this mystical wax of legends, I was lucky enough to have a client this weekend who had already done it for me!
I'm not going to spend the time on a long review, but coles notes:
- applies incredibly easy once you warm it up in the palm of your hands and then apply with an applicator.
- hazes exceptionally quickly, so no effing around, you gotta do small sections at a time or it becomes more difficult to remove. I would do one panel, wait 30 seconds or so, and then remove.
- omg it looks amazing.
- it doesn't leave gunky crud behind in seams of plastic bits.
A+ would highly recommend... you know someone who has it haha. Seriously though if you have the cash to drop, go for it, it's a spectacular wax. But the every day enthusiast, you're still good with a Collinite paste :)
Pictures for viewing pleasure. 17 hour detail and polish.
