Sounds like devices didn't ship with ICS are having issue of high CPU and low battery.
Hmmmm leaked (not even latest) software makes your phone run like shit....ya don't say.
Xtrema my buddy is running ICS on his nexus s and it gives him zero problems. But leaks or ports aren't doing so hot for many devices
