If you were leaving your house to buy fuel and get liquor, would you prefer to wear a mask or not?
No, but I did start hanging an n95 mask from my rear view to fuck with people
No, but I saw a lady shopping at Costco with a full face respirator on yesterday haha

I have the nicer version of that. Am currently waiting for an excuse to pull it out. My lungs are fragile.
Nope. I have the advantage of being Chinese and if I don’t shower before I go out I look like I came from Wuhan. Automatic social distancing.
Really minimized any leaving the house down to just infrequent grocery shopping and the odd trip into work for hands on server build projects.
I dont even have a mask to wear if I wanted outside a full respirator, so no mask for me.
Me no... but I barely leave my 4 walls at the best of times lol
I did pass my PAPR onto a relative who is medically fragile and needs the protection. And I have seen them out in public with it... Gets a lot of looks - say medically vulnerable - people seem to understand.
Had a coworker tell me he had a connection in China who was sending him "ten thousand" masks. Seems like a lot. He thinks we should send a box of 100 to every customer. I am not sure that's the best branding exercise.
I guess I should go get a mask to wear...

What poor taste... two subs for one mask.
If anything a mask is moreso a reminder not to touch your face rather than actual protection.
Not going out that much, but did go to Costco Thursday night, quite a few masks. We definitely cleaned our shopping cart handle, but no masks.
And Tuesday afternoon , spotted a Ninja at Safeway. Hood, goggles, mask and gloves.
I still have about 90 disposable masks leftover from the one day that Edmonton hit 999 air quality. Haven't used them yet for covid fear. But did break out the disposable nitrile gloves for a singular grocery shopping trip a while ago. Blue of course, makes me look like a surgeon.
BTW: Its about that time of year again. Do not want to see the potential outcome of an uncontrolled fire along with reduced lung function due to disease. Perfect storms are a terrible thing. People can usually weather one gigantic disaster at a time, but bundle a gigantic disaster along with a smaller disaster - that's usually what ends up being a tragedy.
Also a minor reason to always have a couple electric heaters around. You don't have to circulate air to produce heat.
*kisses* child sized Plasmacluster.
Why else would they setup contact info for PPE donations? ([email protected])
AHS is currently well stocked but that could change on a moments notice.
No. Maybe if I lived with a vulnerable person, but I don't.
No mask, but you should definately wear gloves or hand sanitizer right after using the gas pump.
No. Now if mask is 100% mandated to go out, would that mean we can avoid a lock down and let economy resume?
I know it's not a mandate when you go out but isn't that what most of Asian countries(Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore) are doing right now? It seems that even without lock down, those countries are managing the outbreak a lot better that some of western countries.
