Haha, I guess it wasn't all bad if you put it like that :)

I only have a couple episodes left to go.
My best guess so far would be Diego taking it home. The guy is just an absolute madlad.
Shit...no kidding. The 240SX has seen better days for sure haha. For the most part, I think the drivers and vehicles were carefully vetted.
I remember watching Fastest Car where they drag raced and some of those cars were total shitboxes that didn't even run right on race day.
The leveller is too big of influence on the race
This show is garbage.
I watched the first 2 episodes, and struggled to keep watching it. Do a doughnut, drive a ramp, splash some water... Meh.
not my cup of tea.
Watching the episode last night where Mr. Texas backed up into a house and went "fuck this show". Not because the dude crashed, but because it's become too gimmicky. The gauntlet? Really?
I finished the series last night. Hard to watch the DNF's and the damage on the cars.
I'd tune in for a second season unless another series came out.
Also finished it last night. I was invested in the finale. enjoyed it.
Overall I liked the concept.
I just watched the preview on Netflix but it’s basically a much higher budget version of something someone locally was trying to film to pitch at a few TV stations here in Canada back in 2015. We got invited to show up with our personal cars, explain our builds, who we were and why we loved cars, then got put through some challenges (mostly auto x related which worked best for me). In the end it got like zero views on YouTube but I got a big ass trophy out of it haha.
I've seen about a 30s clip of this show and it looked pretty lame. I'll probably watch an ep or two, but don't have high hopes.
I get that it's intended to be moderately cheesy but the announcers are terrible. Also wtf is Charlize Therons involvement? Ayyy here's a movie star in your South African home for some Netflix car show.
The water involvement is stupid, I wonder if everyone got notice their motors could get fucked because they might flood their engine every run.
Some cool cars and drivers but painful execution overall for the show.
Yeah I saw that in the credits but just random for her to do so outside of being in a fast and furious movie. Haven't heard she's into cars/racing before.
Checking back in. This show is awful. There were a few great (very brief) scenes of driving... mostly from the girl in the underpowered 350z IMO, but the rest of the show is just trash. Way overdramatized, and the cheesy extra-hyped hosts absolutely ruin it for me. Along with things like that teeter totter thing... as if the weight of the car is what makes or breaks the speed at which the obstacle is completed .
If I want to see great slow mo video of cars going sideways, I'll watch top gear reruns or Chris Harris on cars.
Just strictly reading the posts from here and not seeing any trailers or anything else about the show, it sounds like Wipeout for cars.
Three episodes in and so far I think it’s dumb.
I watched a few more episodes out of curiosity, but I fast-forwarded all the completely unnecessary "fluff". The episodes end up being about 15-20 minutes long that way, which is more tolerable.
A 2 min max on the leveler is way too long, and has absolutely nothing to do with anyone's driving skill. That was dumber than the usual things IMO.
Also what are the targets they have to hit made out of? They look like they are hitting hard enough to dent the car every single time.
