I had a fairly new Sahara wrangler as a rental in December and the seat had some hard piece that dig into my groin, I had to use a pillow to sit on the seat, would not recommend fabric seats as this was present on both driver and passenger side
Careful - I mentioned that I thought Jeeps were overpriced in another thread and some people got very offended haha. I didn't know they could be $60K+ either until this year. Seems crazy to me but I am not the target market.
Had a newer Wrangler Sport as well for ~2 weeks, it was without question one of the worst vehicles I have ever experienced in every way except for its off-road capabilities. Couldn't wait to give it back either, it was just such a POS. Bumpy, loud, etc. but that was to be expected with such a short wheel base and a fabric cover. Also if you were to get into any kind of serious accident I imagine you have a 0% chance of surviving in those things haha. The few times I was able to take it off-road were kind of fun though, but I don't think most owners are using them like that - they are every girl's dream car coming out of High School.
$60K for a wrangler?!
All the girls I know want f*cking Mini Coopers. Though a cherry red Porsche 356 Roadster on the back of a flatbed was also "pretty nice"
Yes, it was close to 9 grand off at the end.
They definitely went up in price with the refresh. Sticker prices are very high but as you see as with most domestics the discount is massive, this thing has a high residual so the payment is like leasing a 4 cylinder Camry and that's all I care about. I don't care if sticker is 100k, when leasing all I care about is what the payment is.
The one I have is more road setup type of trim and the only complaint I have really is the steering feel. Very loose but I assume that's due to what this thing is.

Yeah it's rough out there!! At least they don't demand LV and BMW.

funny you mention that. It was my wife's dream car so as soon as she got a job after graduating SAIT she went to the dealership to buy it. It was fun the one time i took it offroading, and the two times we took off the top was pretty cool, but at the end of the day it was not practical as a daily driver...barely any room in the trunk (went camping and it was full to the top with only my stuff), shitty bumpy ride, not really that good in the winter even with Blizzaks, hard top was a royal pain the ass to remove/put back on. The real nail in the coffin was when we were expecting our first baby since there is no way to get a car seat in there (the 2 doors at least).
The nice thing was that it was a pretty decent trade in value so that's a good thing Wranglers have going for them at least.

Not under 20, so too old for The Boost :D
The sticker on mine was just under $40K I think although I don’t remember. I paid $31K all in.
