How are countries that have had zero deaths and almost zero cases not on the approved travel lists for Europe? Makes me wonder what the criteria is.
Mongolia, for example, had a textbook perfect response that started back in JANUARY when every other country was brushing it off until March-ish. It's been so widely reported on that I don't get the sense they are fudging any numbers, especially since they were months ahead of most other countries. I just found it odd that they aren't allowed entry when other countries who have had a far worse response are no problem.
Until July 1st, HK was reliable.
Now, it's basically China after they passed that vague security law. It's a matter of time before reporting true infection number is a classified country secret and anyone saying anything CCP doesn't want you to know will get sent to vocational facilities.
Was to be wed next month and honeymoon in November in Mexico. Not doing any of that, except for signing the documents with a commissioner. Hoping to have a fake ceremony, reception and dance next year but I'm starting to think we won't be any further ahead with Covid than we are now. See what happens.

I'm looking at flights to London in October to see my parents. I don't like the idea of self isolation in the London dungeons for two weeks, then a week of freedom. Not much that can be done though.

The real wealthy ones are already on their Caribbean islands, they don’t travel by planes when they can just rip around on their boat worth more than most downtown office buildings.
As for Palm Springs and Phoenix, what’s new about that? Didn’t regular flights to the US essentially never stop?
