‘Gym’ TV reccs

Looking for a small TV (32-40”) for a simple gym. Biggest demands is that I can both mirror screen to it, and get Bluetooth audio out of it (for biking with fans on).

Picked up the cheapo a Samsung 32” at Costco today but don’t think I can screen mirror and get Bluetooth audio at same time? Tell me if I’m wrong, but TV doesn’t seem to show a Bluetooth connection anywhere for audio output...

Or is there a better solution?

i used something like this on our tv so that i could watch while our daughter was sleeping

Nvidia shield
Has chromecast built in, and then you can connect BT headphones to it.
I have the one with the bt controller that has a 3.5mm headphone jack
