I go back to my original idea months ago, your body weight in squats, deadlift and bench for reps. Fitness tests for the masses to earn healthcare and tax breaks.

Pretty sure that’s straight up untrue?

I’m honestly shocked @ 29% of Canadians that are classified as obese. I thought the number would be much lower. Surprised Covid didn’t absolutely wreck our population, maybe the Hotel variant won’t be as subtle.
Have you ever seen how they classify people as obese? They use the stupid BMI scale which puts a lot of people either into a overweight or obese level. I am considered overweight for my height and weight because they don't take into consideration body types etc. Example is that if someone who is 5'10 and weighed 210lbs but their mass was all from muscle they are obese.
Obese + overweight. My bad.
63.1% of Canadians at risk to health complications related to weight in 2018.

Everyone thinks they are the exception to the rule.
I'm big boned obese.
I'm borderline obese, but it ain't from muscle mass or any horseshit like that.
Eh, BMI of 28 or 29 depending on the day. I am mostly healthy, but do carry easily 25 lbs of unneeded fat. I've been fatter, I've been thinner, I'm not that worried about it. If you really want an accurate picture, you should see me naked, although I think you may have to buy me a few beers first.
