More like the 10-year petroleum engineer who is convinced his pmp designation should get him on the fast track to the c-suite. That dude needs to relax and work 8-5.

Sad but true, the truth is actually quite often sad.

I have a continuous chat with a group of oil and gas guys, been going years, everyone close to the same vintage. I can say with certainty that I make less per year, but more per hour, than anyone in that discussion. Opinions vary on who is winning that comparison.
