can any body give me some ideas on how to make my car sound/look good?

get a good sound system and you'll be fine

Front grill, that looses the "Ford symbol." Like said get some subs, and a good subs, not ones from walmart. Rims (if they are in your budget.) Exhuast, full cat-back.

you can make your car look like a ferrari and sound like nothing else. but it depends on how much money you want to put into it.
