I was plugging around on the Tube of You today and a lot of racing vids, sadly, have either music or bad music put over the best part of racing for a spectator: the sound! So I decided, as we are a forum of car people (well, originally), that a nice thread dedicated to racing vids with just the engine sounds (or natural ambient sound if outside the vehicle) would be a good thing to have.

i love the sound of the AUS/NZ v8 touring cars - the V8 + the gearbox whining, now if only the americans would get onboard with this instead of 100 left hand turns around the oval.
