Good deal or bad?

I was helping my cousin find a car to buy... so I seen a 95' golf Cl... for $5000... The car had 103 K... Everything mint on the car... The inspection said only thing wrong is that it needs front struts and tie rod... front struts dont need to change now but the tie rod will be... so i lowered the price to 4150$... Thanks people
