Why did they re-bring up this story though? They didn't find the culprit correct?

I used to live by Phillips ice cream as a kid, damn that was good ice cream.

Maybe Beyond Detectives can figure out what happen. We figure it must have been a local competitor... I mean it's not there is an underground street market... or is there.
