So far been working on high repetition and squat depth (been helping with tight hips)
Last week I worked with the following
Back Squat

185x10
225x10
275x5

Barbell Lunges

High rep back squat
225x20
225x14
Two laps of backwards walking lunges (running track at YMCA)
That's all I had time for but it has definitely helped with my range of motion in my hips along with in hockey

Finished 13 weeks of Smolov did a 1RM backsquat of 475 and front squat of 345.
Weight is still 182-185
