The Lakers would need a PG in the deal now since they traded Fisher unless he is going to get bought out and re-sign with L.A.

That's what I'm thinking too.Quote:

Clips got the best deal there. They gave up cook and a second round pick and got a sg that averages 16.6 pts a game.
lakers made some good trades and used pieces that didnt have much value in the future.
sad to see fisher go, but it was time and its probably time for him to retire
Not too sure what you guys are getting at with the bad karma, but I wouldn't hold on to Fisher now at this point in his career. Too much of a risk on the floor.
Sessions should solidify that starting role. Jordan Hill is a solid bench player. I think the Lakers did well, not to mention getting rid of Walton.
Gerald Wallace to the Nets for Okur, Shawne Williams AND a 1st round pick. This years draft is deep, don't think I would have given up a 1st rounder. Either way, I'm curious how crash plays in NJ. He was fun to watch when I was in Portland this year.
I think the Clippers likely fared out the best. Cook and a 2nd round pick for Young.
Looking forward to see how the new additions work in the new teams!
P.S Kris Humphries has been a beast lately haha.
Yeah I agree with what your saying but the Lakers could have just kept Fisher...they are already 20+ million over the salary cap, the least they could have done is let him retire or buy him out at seasons end and let him choose a team. He has been big for the Lakers both as a player and now as a leader since he isn't very good now haha.
So, how about those Spurs (minus the little breakdown in the 4th)!
As expected...

Anyone watch the Laker-Clips game last night? Those 2 big Griffin dunks were both atrocious fouls. First one he's all over Gasol's back and knocked him out of the play but whatever the NBA never calls those fouls. 2nd dunk was even worse. Bledsoe got called for a minor push off on a layup earlier in the game. Griffin stiff arms Gasol with an elbow to the face and that's a foul on Gasol??
Watched both games, Heat beating OKC and Lakeshow beating the Clips.
If you're going to complain about the put back dunk, you might as well start at the beginning of the year and complain about them all.
As far as the other dunk, they were both all over one another, call it a wash. Blake still is surprising, guy can jump out of the building!
^Crazy dunk even though that one dunk was a over the back like crazy.
Ron Artest should change his name back. That was crazy yesterday!
Sick that Lakers won though!
I dont't think he intentionally targetted the head, though he did intentionally throw the elbow. The elbow was meant to instigate something, but i think he thought it was someone taller, and the fact it was a much shorter Harden resulted in having it hit his head.
I definitely agree. Would have been a totally different story if his elbow went to someones back. Would have started a bit of pushing and shoving at most. He's still a goof though.
Wonder how long he gets suspended for.
Apparently the over-under has been set at 7.5. A lot of the analysts on ESPN are saying 10
I would take the under, definitley not good timing though just as he was starting to play better
yeah thats only because he's been forced more minutes.
He's a classless goof.
I hope he gets 10 games that extends through to next season
Meanwhile the Spurs are taking care of bidnazz, once again.
I can't stand the spurs with a passion. I hate hate hate them.
I'm hoping for another first round exit
