Has anyone had a set of these tires? I am looking to get my wife a set of new winter tires and can get these with steel wheels for $800. the size is 195/65 R15. Looking for opinions from those who may have ran these tires. I know they aren't the best, but would sure trump an all season or summer tire.

I'm getting these aswell for my wifey's honda civic this afternoon.
I've gone through all the reviews: 1010 tires, tire craft and Canadian tires (which is where i'm purchasing them). They sound pretty good for the price. They're on sale for $81.00 a tire...$475 installed.

I've had them before. Decent tire for the price. Not the best tires out there but worlds better than "all-seasons".
