What are everyone's thoughts regarding if it will sell out or not..... I am wondering if it is worth the gamble to buy 6 in section 120, or if I will end up taking a loss.
Link to the source of these prices? This differs from what was announced.
if they are $110 like the website says i will buy some of those, anything more and it's not worth it to me.
As Avison Young Club season ticket holders to the flames (which is why there are a bunch of sections missing in my price layout above), a personal friend gets the chance to purchase tickets prior to the regular sale to all (or almost all) events held at the dome. They get the chance to buy their specific seats ahead of regular ticketmaster sales. Prices are not marked up, this is what they will be come Saturday. (at least I have never seen the pre-sale seats higher priced then what they will go for face value on Saturday)
If you dont believe me, thats fine. Just wait till Saturday and see.
I am thinking there will be a lot of people like "danno" that dont think it will be worth it. Prices here are almost the exact same as the MGM grand price layout.
Keep in mind as well, if you look at the seating chart, super nose bleeds (watching on TV's only basically) are not going on sale at all from the looks of it (see ticketmaster layout for the event). That means they are not planning on filling the dome to capacity seat wise.
So the UFC website is wrong then?
This is what I received. I have purchased concert tickets in the past and the price I paid is always what it was on the day they went general public. I like to do it this way so that I don't have to spin the wheel of chance with ticketmaster on sale day.
Wednesday the club seat presale ends
Thursday and friday are fight club and newsletter presale days
Saturday whatever is left goes on sale.
Don't worry, I am seeing the same reports all over the place of $100 tickets and the max price being $650, but I think come saturday there will be a lot of surprised people.
I posted the proof I have. Take it as you will. My guess is ticketmaster is bumping the price to put a little more in their pockets but that is just my opinion
I'd imagine avison young club seats are at a premium price, similar to flames games.
If I join the fight club tonight, is that enough time to get me early ticket sales?

Logged in and tried for the $105.00 seats and nothing at 10:01am tried again for best avail and was offered floors at $700+ each. Backed out of that one and tried other price points with no luck. Went back to the top price and nothing. All this within 7 min. Should have pulled the trigger on the $700.00 as an investment. Guess I'll try again when it goes to the public.

Yeah I really wanted the 310 ones but settled for the 230 ones
I managed to get 4 x 310 tickets. Was pressing f5 every few seconds from 9.59am! Tried to get 2 more later for friends but no chance

Got 6 tickets s few rows behind the first balcony. They are the $230 ones. Can't wait to go but it sucks Akiyama is out.
