I was in Manhattan this week, and saw this in front of the hotel, and had to take a couple pictures.
The guy who owned it wasn't around, but I talked to his driver, and he let me get inside. It was absolutely incredible inside.

    You lucky lucky lucky guy. You should have took some up close shots of the interior. The odds of seeing one of those in Canada are like impossible.
nice man, thats the lap of luxury for sure
driver didn't tell you who owns it?

craziest car EVER!!!
damn thing has optional solar panels in teh roof so on a hot day it will keep the interior cool (by running a/c or fan) while you're out so when you get back it's still nice and cool inside. Even has a glass roof which you can adjust the opacity of (have it clear glass....or adjust it so its tinted to various levels)
Hope I will be able to see one in person someday...

You can also get a divider fo rth eMaybach so it seperates the drivers and passenger from the people in the back seat, oh and this is just about a $30,000 option or something.
.
Now that is some serious luxury. What a sweet ride.
and that's what i call legroom
i think the maybach 62 is ~ 670k CNDQuote:

I'm curious how much the car itself goes for, anyone know?

In the 1920s and ’30s, Maybach was one of the world’s most exclusive and prestigious nameplates. The company founded by Karl Maybach — the son of Wilhelm Maybach, who invented the first Mercedes — produced luxury vehicles between 1921 and 1941. The Maybach badge returns for 2003, gracing a pair of new ultra-luxury sedans. Ostensibly a product of DaimlerChrysler, Mercedes-Benz’s parent company, the modern-day Maybach is actually considered a make of its own.
Most people may never even see a Maybach when the abundantly sized sedan goes on sale as a 2003 model. The Maybach will come in two sizes: the regular Type 57 and the longer Type 62. Priced in the $300,000 range, the Maybach features a bi-turbo V-12 engine that pumps out 550 horsepower. Special features include an electrohydraulic braking system, Sensotronic Brake Control, an Airmatic Dual Control air suspension and Linguatronic voice control. Approximately 1,000 Maybachs per year will be built at a state-of-the-art facility in Germany, and Mercedes-Benz dealers must sign separate agreements to sell them.
Stolen from the Maybach site... $300,000 approx
i heard if you order a maybach, they'll fly you first class to Germany to pick your trim color
