A few years ago I had a plastic storage bin fall off a shelf (door slammed, vibrated the wall, and it was likely creeping forward on the shelf for weeks) and bounce of my CTS (Aluminum hood)
A big dent with a crease. I figured they could reduce it, but it wouldn't be perfect.
Took it to Canadian Dent (Near Deerfoot Casino) they charged a bit extra for aluminum, but when I picked it up, I could not see any trace of where the damage had been.
