treo comes with a 3 year extended warrenty from bell. any defects with be warrented and replace with a new phone. A900is preety much new. not stolen or hot in any way, i can provide reciept if u really want. im not in the business of telling stories to why i want to see these so please dont ask :). i applogize in advance if did anything wrong for this thread as it is my first. please let me know and i'll remove it.
