Air Canada Email Contact
Has anyone encountered an Air Canada experience where they needed to claim compensation from the airline?
I have put together a long documented account with scanned images and such that really work best to explain the situation through email. All I was provided at the airport was their customer service phone number, which I plan on calling as well. I just want to send an email a well.

Try their SM page - twitter FB etc - it is monitored and they can direct you with an email.

Have done this many times, they have a site where you can submit everything, then if you don’t get a response, message their social media teams privately and poke them until they get someone on your case and give you an update. Expect it be slow, I’ve never seen anything happen quicker than 6 weeks.
