As I said before in our conversation here are a few housekeeping items for your group:
- Arrive at the main entrance to be let in, please have all members of your group present before coming in.
- We will have a staff member from the library there during your visit to supervise your group, please stay in relatively together as members are not permitted to venture off unintended.
- I have also attached our photo guidelines as a refence for you, you are permitted lighting equipment and tripods with your booking but No Drones.
Everyone's gotta stay together? That could get annoying if people are walking into each other's shots.

"Within eye-shot" is what he told me on the phone. I guess that they don't want us scattered throughout the library...though it begs the question what do they do during the day with the general public...but whateves.
Drone in the library woukd be awesome though.

More people are allowed to come but it's becoming obvious that the group should remain at 10 people to make paying more straightforward.
