oh dude we're like best bros
You bros all too baller for me… I am still over here rocking the Mido 600M. Gotta say so, even being officially chronometer certified I am constantly shocked it loses only about a minute every couple months or so still even after years of use. Solid piece!

Thanks, it’s indeed a good & solid watch. This one is actually my wife’s. Almost a decade ago, she saw my 41mm automatic version of this and liked it, so we got this mid-size quartz one, her first serious watch, actually. I’ve since sold my 41mm, but will probably pick up the current production one with the silver dial and blue bezel, but no rush on it.
And what’s on your wrist for this fine Friday?

I was looking at gmt watches and couldn't find many options around $1000. Also liked the hydroconquest but the ocean star was significantly cheaper. So I guess I am cheap.. but the watch has some serious value.
I like the ceramic dial, not a scratch on it, ar coating on the crystal is great. Expanding clasp is nice, also has a nice strap. I would like a bit more lume. Looking at picking up another mido soon to be honest
Nice! GMT around 1k or less are hard to find. The Longines Zulu Timer and the BB Pro are out of reach. The new Seiko 5 GMT was a nice release but it was $500. Might check this out thanks!
The ocean star is much closer to the longine and tudor compared to the seiko. The 4r movement isnt worth more than $200 imo
@flipstah A pretty well new ocean star gmt for $1000 on reddit

ALthough the bezelhouse new price might not be all that different
