Looking for 1, possibly two helpers to join a roofing crew. Pay starts at $12 per hour, plus bonuses for the unexperienced. We are flexible with our work schedule.
No experience required, but definately an asset.

Oh, forgot to mention, the bonus works as follows...
For every bundle of shingles that we do over 50 each day, you will get another 50 cents. So on a 8-10 hour shift where we do, for example 100 bundles, thats 100 x $.50 = $50.
So for an 8 hour shift, $12 + (50/8) = $18.25 per hour. Thats for starting out.
