I get mine from entripy.com, which is Canadian.

For 15 shirts with a one colour logo (I did mine in black with grey that they do by a half-tone on black - so only 1 colour) it works out to 13.00 each, to add numbers they charge 3 bucks per digit.
There will likely be an art setup fee as well.

^Custom Ink's site is amazing. Less amazing is their options available to Canadian customers. I got quotes from them for ball shirts in Canada (no baseball style shirts were listed on their site as available in Canada), but they got back to me with some options, and they were all more expensive than Entripy.
Maybe you can order from the US side of their business and get them shipped to Canada, but I didn't try to do that.
Can get you baseball shirts with logo and numbers for about 14 bucks.
