I'm terrible at writing these things so I'll keep it brief. Just heard the news, long time beyonder Victor Lee passed away yesterday.

Wow way too young, recall reading his posts on here every now and then. That's unfortunate, RIP in peace brother. My condolences to the family.
Omg this is horrible news. A year younger than my oldest boy. My heart goes out to his parents and family. Wiping away tears...this is just so sad.

Rip. Sad to lose a member of our community :(
RIP... Wow. Hits pretty close to home when it's a member of our own community...
He's a friend of mine, but I haven't talked to him in a couple of months. Fuck man, this sucks. RIP Vic. Such an awesome guy, I really wonder what happened to such a young guy with so much to look forward to in life.
Edit: what I do know is that he's been nursing hockey concussions for a while and not long ago he was diagnosed with another, maybe that has something to do with it. Just speculation, I don't actually know.
Edit again: I wish I could be there to pay my respects. RIP bro.
.
no way, that's terrible! I never met him in person, but do remember him from here. RIP dude.
gosh, he's the same age as my youngest brother. way too young....
😢 rip
such sad news. i met Victor at an mr2 meet quite a while back, same time i met 03ozwhip and mr2mike. He was such a cool kid, even set me up with a genuine hk license plate for my garage wall.
haven't spoken with him in a while now, we used to keep in touch and talk engg stuff when he was at the uofc quite often.
this is totally sad. when i fist saw this post late lastnight, i was like wtft...rip? was hoping it was a fucking typo.....couldn't sleep all night, this really upset me.
Vic, rip kid. Thanks for all the chats and bullshitting, it's been a real pleasure. You will be missed.
Goes to show you that we are guaranteed nothing in this life, except for death. Every soul will taste death. RIP young man :(
Rip Victor :(

Wow, that's just way too young. :( RIP Victor.
RIP, only a few months younger than me, too soon.
RIP Vic :(
Saw you around in Engg in all the time...Really hits home and a good reminder that life is short.
Very shocked!
My condolences to his family. Great guy, I'd see him the odd time, he'd drive by Redlyne's place while we were working the cars. Always stopping or saying 'hey'.
RIP to another longtime member, you will be missed by a lot of people.....
Never really knew him, but regardless losing a member of beyond is almost like losing a family member. It really sucks!
RIP
RIP Victor. :(
only a couple weeks younger than me :(
RIP Vic, you will be missed
Tough news to hear, seeing someone so young leave this world sucks. RIP
rest in peace brother
Very sad news.... RIP
RIP
RIP victor.
I met victor through the mr2 club where we became friends. A year or two later he would tutor me through a couple university math courses. Very shocking.
Real nice guy, RIP man, condolences to friends and family.
Rest in Peace
Victor is a long term client at my optometry. He was introduced to me through his brother. Definitely a stand-up guy. Very sorry to hear. RIP.
What a shock.. He was my neighbour and a good bud.. Really sad to read this.. Positive vibes to his family.
Wow that's young, I wonder what happened. Terrible news
My sister knew him. Had no idea him and Sh0ko were the same person. RIP.
Rest in Peace. Too young.
I have common friends with him on FB and didn't know who VL was in some statuses..
RIP Victor.
I was super shocked when I heard this! Met Vic about 7 years ago at an MR2 meet, I think I even have videos of us cruising around together.. I Talked to him last week about putting some HRE's on his C63 :( Was a super humble guy! Lost a good soul this week! :thumbsdow RIP Homie..
Rest in Peace pal. You will be missed
Never met the guy but it's tragic. Good looking bro and young. RIP man.
What the hell happened??? Victor was such a great guy! I talked to him on a regular basis. Just came by the shop a couple weeks ago. I am shocked and sad as hell right now... I just don't have words... :(
Heard about his passing on Wednesday, talked to him not too long ago as well, but I did not know that Victor was sh0ko at all. May he rest in peace.
Sad to hear...met him in engg and would see him around from time to time...friendliest guy, always remembered my name.
Too young. RIP man.

Even though I've fought and argued with pretty much every beyond member, I've still been checking the forum daily for over a decade, and feel very close to the members here. It's really sad to see one of us pass on.
Gone too young.
If this was ever the motto: Seize the day because you just never know.
...
What the is going on the last while...So much death....
RIP sh0ko.
My sympathies to the family.
:(
That's far too young.
RIP.
So young, so sad. As a parent I can't even imagine the pain his family feels
RIP Vic and my heart goes out to your family and friends :(
Rip Victor. Thanks for everything. Always a friendly face at school.
A couple of us are going to go for a cruise next Wednesday. See you there man.
R.I.P. sh0ko :(
I only met him IRL once, but FixedGear said it best.
RIP sh0ko.
RIP sh0ko
It's so sad, less then a week ago, a few of us were chilling at his place detailing cars and having a beer on a gorgeous day. It's has been such a shock to all of us. Victor is one of the best, most compassionate, loving and generous man I that I have ever met. Rest in peace Victor.
Does anyone have any idea what happened? I am really traumed by this...Quote:

A few of us know, but at this time i dont feel comfortable saying anything.
If anyone wants to visit. The graveyard at eden brook is open 24/7. A bunch of our crew will be heading there later to pour some drinks for him.
He was a really close friend, always there anytime u needed him, always ready to give advice or just shoot the shit. Im really going to miss him... well i already do. Its hella tough.
I never seen sh0ko on here really even though I have been a long time member myself, but regardless, pretty tragic, RIP
I bumped into my friend yesterday and asked him what he was up to that day, and he said he just came back from a funeral...and then he went on to ask me if I know a certain someone at my old job (I just quit there 2 weeks ago)...I said I did, was a nice guy, always liked talking to him....well it appears that's sh0kos dad. Crazy small world. I feel terrible for the family. From all accounts it sounds like he was a very nice guy. Way too young. As soon as my friend asked if I knew his dad...the last names clicked in and I realized that I read about this on Beyond. I guess there was mention of beyond.ca at the funeral service describing him as an avid car fan. Really tragic. It impacted me and I didn't even know the guy.
