What do you eat after working out?
Pre Work out
I have oatmeal / cereal before I go (in the morning) and a chocolate garnola bar in the gym for energy will try coffee next.. If
Post Work out
5 boiled egg whites 2 whole eggs (since im out of protein powder)
Glass of milk and orange juice.

postworkout you want a high glycimic carb ASAP along with a fast acting protein (whey iso) , protein/carb meal hour after that like chicken and rice, keep fat min.

Pre-workout:
Try to have a complete meal, with milk, and tons of water.
Post Workout:
Protein shake, maybe a glass of milk, and some fruit. And tons of water.

i tend to workout in the evening, so im eating like 4-5 meals before the gym. id be running on nothing if i went right after breakfast. :D
