Accounting Admin
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Managing receivables including: cheques, wire transfers and credit card transactions through the use of Quickbooks, online banking and Internet Secure
- Managing payables including monitoring transactions made by both cheque and credit card
- Control of all transactions (invoicing, vendors, Journal Entries, Receivables and Payables) into Quickbooks
- Back up for Reception duties
- Semi-monthly generation of payroll through Ceridian Payroll Service
- Track semi-monthly remittance of Source Deduction by Ceridian
- Monthly bank reconciliations of all accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of all P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, including accruals, leading up to quarter end Board of Director reports
- Quarterly calculation and remittance of CCRA GST Payable/Refund
- Year end Audit Preparation and Consultation with external audit Firm

Telesales Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Training provided to transition to telesales position; earn while you learn
- Leading to a sales role for candidates driven to prove themselves
- Driven to succeed

- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow
Software Telesales Representative
Qualifications:
- Unlimited earning potential
- Driven to earn what you are worth by meeting and exceeding quotas
- Training will be provided on a proven sales process
- Have the discipline to follow a proven process to meet goals
- Persistent and effective follow up
- Clearly able to identify customer needs
- Excellent telephone skills to build rapport with customers
- Computer skills and knowledge of software applications is a must
- Work hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm (M.S.T)
The most important requirement for the telesales positions would be some sort of B2B software sales/support experience. The positions are great, especially the Telesales rep. The top reps makes quite a bit more money than me! :)
Telesales co-ordinators move up to Telesales once you get the hang of things and prove yourself.
