1/2 the reason I would buy that house and move to cranston would be for the garage. I can get a similar house like that in Coventry otherwise.

Plus I live in my garage.

Took over a month to sell with a 10k price reduction. They got 351,000 which is one of the highest sales for that sq footage without basement development.
