No internet
As the title states, my new computer is without internet.
I had it for a while and after a couple of automatic updates (Windows 7, build 7000) the internet stopped working.
I am unable to connect to my router and plugging it straight into the modem sometimes (twice now) give me a signal.
When I diagnose my device, it comes back with the error:
"The 'Local Area Connection' adaptor is not correctly configured to use the IP protocol."
As far as I can tell, I have it configured property and the TCP/IPv4 is set to auto detect IPs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

sounds like the driver and the new updates are conflicting... thats the thing about beta testing

Try uninstalling the network adapter in the device manager, and getting Windows to reinstall the device?

Solved.
Incase anyone was curious, drivers was fudged when an auto update failed misprocess. Restored OS back to earlier patch state and it's all good
