I think I have it traced to the relay that powers the coils and injectors, the ECU then switches the ground to pulse them. I think I either didn't wire the power supply and ground to the relay correctly, or the relay is faulty. I went through the datalog and it has good cam and crank position info so I think I am ok there.
No progress on the Buick yet but I did have some fun with other projects. I worked with my brother to unload his Essex truck and put it into storage. He was working on it for a while but with a growing family he needed more space. The new project was a 1949 Olds, we cleaned it out, and changed out the rear end. His plans are a SBC, 700R4, and air ride suspension. I also worked on finishing the inside of my shop with insulation and drywall. It is a ton of work to do the 16' walls by yourself off a ladder but I am making some decent progress. Winter is coming before we know it so I want to be prepared with insulated walls and a heater.

Everything is awesome in these posts man, I love it. What's your plan for insulating the ceiling?
Be brave and strap, insulate and drywall it myself. I am going to build a 8'x8' work platform out of wood (with handrails) on casters that I can move around and be able to reach safely.
renting scaffolding might be cheaper, have you seen the price of lumber?
Update with a tour of my shop and the plan for the future!

As the space I'm working with is about 14 wide by 23 long with vaulted 15 foot ceilings I'm going to put 4 of these in first https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01HBT3BVM/ , and if I don't find its enough (which it probably won't be I'm going to get these https://www.amazon.ca/Lightdot-Mount...432778&sr=8-16
How will you secure the cords between the linked lights? My lights are 4' fixtures with 5' cords between them. I am mounting them directly to the ceiling and then using wire staples to hold the linking cords to the ceiling. It looks ok.... I was debating drilling holes in the drywall and routing the cords up inside the ceiling?
I have been given the advice that you will always be wanting more light so I am going big with 24 of these lights in a 1900ft2 area.

More light is best light. Can always have it as several banks and turn some off when you don't need it all. But working in dim light is unpleasant, and there's no excuse these days.
Any updates on your project car?
No progress lately. I will be doing some more soon though since I have my lift assembled.

The Buick is so close to starting! Final few wrinkles being worked out. Every fluid went in, every fluid leaked, every leak was fixed..
