This must be sarcasm, but after Calgary changed the playground and school zones to end hours after dark in the winter, who knows....

The solution isn't lower speed limits, it's people not being idiots. It's teaching/forcing people to take personal responsibility for what they do.

Back out in front of someone who's doing the speed limit/safe speed for the area, and he hits you? Lose your license for a month!

Speeding through an area where there might be kids, hit one and kill one? Go to jail for the rest of your life! (And the parents, who obviously didn't raise their kid to be wary and careful on a road, also go to jail, maybe not for life).

So sick and tired of legislation being the "answer" to "all our problems". Legislation causes problems, it doesn't solve them. We have enough laws, what we need is a) enforcement of existing laws to a reasonable degree and b) average people taking responsibility for things that they do.

Now that winter is over, we don't have to worry about these lazy drivers. Check it out in HD.

i caught this the other day, lady on autopilot almost gets T-Boned

tbh, i fully expected the snow brush video to be of my car..

this is another one i caught a while back, i just never posted it for some reason, guy with a crane auger truck, somehow had the boom up, and hit a bridge on stoney, to this day the railing is still bent..

I don't see harm in informing people of hazards they pose to others. Lots of people just think of caring about themselves. Also, I bet a lot of people don't know you can get fined in Calgary for that. Hundreds of people a year get fined.

If the car enthusiasts on this forum are scared of scratching their car with the typical snow brushes, hoping driving along the roads at fast enough speed will make it all blow off, then I showed an option of a different kind of brush that won't scratch.

Literally could not believe the shit going on ahead of me driving home this afternoon on Country Hills. BMW with a bunch of dudes driving it trying to weave around a big (diesel?) truck. Truck isn't having none of his shit and decides to drive like a clown..

Honda ahead of me doesn't know how to drive at all. Doesn't shoulder check nearly goes over into the truck, can't confidently change lanes when it's wide open, slams on the brakes etc.

BMW then can't keep up with the truck but eventually begins weaving in and out again. Ends up back where he started, just ahead of me tailing the blue dodge incredibly close around the turn. BMW driver doesn't know how to use turn signals...

Then to top if off, we have the truck still driving like an asshat - scares the blue dodge and the dodge begins to reverse at the 3-way stop..

so thats how stupid tinted tail lights look on the bmw, you can only see the third brake light. and then we have a douchebag rolling coal

I drive that way every day and stupid shit like that always happens, along with rear enders.

No patience at all and they always end up at that stop sign by the gas station. 90% of the douches go get liquor at that shitty store too.

You should send the video to CPS to track down and ticket that douche in the white pickup. How is emitting a smoke screen every time you step on the gas legal?

So many cars had their windows rolled down, you can see a few early on. I thought he was doing it to be a douche and get the smoke fumes in their windows or something :dunno:

As great as this OjoCam is, even the original 1080 files I'm having trouble reading the plate because the position of the sun casts a shadow on the rear :(

And what you expect the CPS to do with it - the guy maybe drove a bit like an ass just like the BMW guy but a ticket for rolling coal? I suspect the CPS has got better things to do with their time than locate some guy who was rolling coal and driving like a bit of an idiot.

Are drivers like that annoying - yupp. Did they have to roll coal - nope. Would have they done any of this shit if they were aware that a CPS officer had been near them - most likely not.

So as a driver like Kijho, you shake your head at the lunacy and not get all wife beater crazy yourself in the heat of that moment - you go home or where ever and have a good chuckle along the way over how stupid those people are.

Also the chances are very good that those types of drivers will attract the unexpected attention of a ghost car or regular cruiser at some point in time and probably no amount of sweet talking by the douches who drive like this will persuade a CPS officer to not write a ticket.

Is it actually illegal for a truck to spew black shit like that? Well, sorry, yes it is. What I mean is, do the police EVER enforce that part of the law?

The law does clearly state that no vehicle is to produce "excess" smoke - why do cops not do something about it?

As for "not rolling coal when cops are around" is that something that the driver of a truck like this can "just choose" not to do? Is it as simple as him pressing a button on his Bullydog tuner?

Finally... what the hell is the point of it? I can't imagine that a truck that's spewing black shit is actually producing more power than a well-tuned truck that isn't....that black smoke is, what, due to an excess of fuel? So he's running excessively rich?
